  • Management and Leadership Coaching

    Stratified Systems Theory and Levels of Work capability mapping can be undertaken for the leadership team.  One-on-One coaching sessions for each leader, combined with a leadership workshop discussing communications and multiplier principles of leadership, create a foundation for development. 

    Our Unpack Self and Leadership Workbook will assist individuals to gain an appreciation of themselves, thus developing their emotional understanding to become more effective leaders.

  • Employee Capability Assessment

    Decision-Making Tools, Succession Planning and Talent Mapping will help identify the level of work complexity or judgment the individual is comfortable handling, both now and in the future. This provides an indication of their most suitable level of work as well as a broad suggestion of their likely potential over the coming years, ensuring they are neither over-extended nor under-utilised.  

    Used for both right person, right role discussions and succession planning, an employee capability assessment includes a feedback session, report to the individual, and a team map of capability provided to the executive team.

  • Organisational Redesign - Workforce Planning

    As your organisation changes, inefficiencies and communication gaps can arise, with responsibilities not always well-aligned. Our organisational design services help streamline your structure by clarifying roles, reducing siloed thinking, and placing the right people in the right positions.

  • Employee Survey and Dashboard

  • HR Caretaker

    Whether it’s onsite or remote support, organisations may need an HR operational resource to cover times of leave or unexpected change. The Woohoo Co. can provide expertise both onsite or remote, so that executives and leaders have the strategic and tactical people & cultural support they need.

    We can continue to develop cultural roadmaps, check HR policies & procedures and position descriptions, run workshops, whatever is needed.  

  • HR Operations

    The Woohoo Co. can provide an operational HR Resource to establish baseline HR processes, documentation, and contracts, and then help you recruit your own internal HR person. We also work alongside existing HR to help them with cultural transformation, coaching, and training, or help the business implement HR Systems that can systemise payroll, job descriptions, recruitment, and other regulatory requirements.
