The landscape of HR has changed over the years. Unfortunately, the Human in HR at times is not at the centre of the conversation. Our focus in the past and the years to come is to do exactly that – bring the Human back. To continue this work, we must evolve too.
The Woohoo Co., for the past 8 years has operated as Newberry Paterson, and we have worked with iconic Australian businesses to help build a culture that gives people the space to bring their best selves to work.

Over the years, we have worked with individuals and iconic businesses in Australia. Focussing on cultural transformation, organisational redesign, performance management and so much more, we pride ourselves on helping create successful and high-performing individuals and teams.
We couldn't have made it this far without the support of our clients, who have referred us to more individuals and businesses in Australia. We have had the honour of working with over 40 organisations, facilitated over 55 different workshops, and coached 120 people to help with the people stuff and their career paths.
Shaking up the room to find out what’s working and what isn’t is crucial for achieving organisational success. This is what we do. In recent years, we have all experienced a shift in what’s more important to us. Our surveys show that 99% of the organisations surveyed by their people say good communication within the workplace and with their direct manager is what makes a difference to their wellbeing. With our combined 50+ years of experience in the people profession, we've helped individuals through coaching sessions and businesses through workshops to add more value to the transformation journey. Same faces, different name. The people you know through Newberry Paterson haven't changed, but we’ve certainly expanded, and we’re looking at new opportunities to grow the crew to add more value to our clients.
